Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Shipping is currently set up for the Uk only. However, I am happy to quote for other countries, depending upon the product. If you would like an item posted to an alternative destination, please contact me and I will be happy to discuss your requirements.
All items within the UK will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class or Tracked 24. Occasionally, larger parcels will require a ParcelForce delivery. The customer will be made aware of any necessary upgrade in postage charges prior to despatch.
Many of my products are one off original pieces of art and I have attempted to select the safest and best value option for secure delivery based on the size and value of my products, and to give you, the customer, peace of mind.
Whilst all my silk scarves and wraps are presented in a luxury gift box, other one of a kind artworks will be carefully wrapped in tissue and placed inside a sturdy cardboard box.
I will always try to use recycled packaging, without compromising security, so your outer package may not always look as pretty as the contents!
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at point of order. If you notice a mistake after placing an order and it has not yet shipped then please contact me and I will correct the delivery address for you. I cannot be held responsible for any lost orders due to an incorrect delivery address.
Items will normally be processed and despatched within 1-3 working days, however I always aim to despatch all orders on the same or next working day that they are received. If, for whatever reason, there is any likelihood that this could be extended then the customer will be contacted.
Any upgrades in postage chosen by a customer will be for the purposes of achieving higher priority and more accurate tracking within the Royal Mail system itself, rather than a faster processing time from me as a seller.
Please be aware that I am unable to guarantee specific delivery times of orders once posted, regardless of shipping method chosen.
Customers from outside the UK are responsible for paying any import taxes on products into their own countries.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you require further clarification.
Returns
I take great pride and care with everything I create and customer satisfaction is hugely important to me. If there are any problems with an order then please don’t hesitate to contact me straight away and we can discuss how I may best help resolve the situation.
If however, you are not completely delighted with anything you have purchased or if you decide something isn’t quite as expected, I am more than happy to accept returns.
Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item and return any items to me within 14 days.
I do please ask that the item be sent back to me in a fully ‘re-saleable’ condition – i.e. unworn and unaltered, in the original box and packaging. As soon as the returned item is received a refund will be issued. Shipping costs cannot be refunded unless an item is faulty. I recommend that all returns are sent using a tracked service and ask that you ensure you obtain proof of postage from your Post Office. I cannot be held responsible for any returns which go astray.
Damaged or Faulty Orders
If the packaging of your order is obviously damaged due to postal mishandling, if possible please take clear photos of the damage prior to opening and then once opened please take photos of any subsequent damage caused to your order. This will help me in filing a claim. Likewise, if you believe your item to be faulty, please do get in contact with your concerns also attaching clear photographs of the fault to enable me to find the best way to support you.
